The one close up I wanted to load is taking forever and my battery is about to die and i cannot find the adaptor... sorry! But enjoy...
We got her around 3 today and we are exhausted as we had to get up at 4!
So you are going to be the bare minimum today, but PLEASE PRAY that we get some sleep tonight. WE need it SOOOO Much!!! Leah has a runny nose and cough, but that is pretty normal for these kids.
She smiles quick, but is also quick to let you know she is NOT happy with something. Throws herself backwards and tries to fall on the ground.... great huh??? But, hopefully that will not last too long. She definitely has a strong will. She has the cutest dimples and the sweetest laugh.
Prayers are still needed for my ankle as it is acting up a lot! Leah likes to be held before she falls asleep and you have to be standing up... ugh. Hard for me to do right now.

OH Dawn, with tears in my eyes I write this to you ... she is beautiful and I am so eternally grateful that the Lord has finally brought your family together! He is AMAZING! Remember ... ankle = reminder to SLOW DOWN! He works in mysterious ways! (yeah ... right ... slow down with a 3 year old and 19 month old ... he also has a sense of humor!) Yeah! She looks great! What a sweetheart! I love the photo of all FOUR of you! Precious! Yep, the standing and rocking before sleep is rough but she will adjust to sitting. Let's pray it is sooner than later! So sorry your ankle is hurt. This might be a good day for staying in the hotel and loving on that baby girl!

Oh Dawn what joy fills my heart this morning as I gaze upon the beautiful family that God has created for you and Pete. Leah absolutely adorable and the joy on your face is beautiful. I pray that a sweet sleep has fallen upon you, that you are feeling better and that these first days with Leah will be days of sweet discovery of just how precious she is.
